About Our Prints

What materials are used?

All prints are produced on museum-grade canvas using archival pigment inks. This ensures rich, vibrant colour and long-term fade resistance — your artwork will look exceptional for decades.

Are the prints ready to hang?

Yes. Every canvas arrives professionally gallery-wrapped and ready to hang straight out of the box. No framing required.

What sizes are available?

Each artwork is available in six sizes: 12×16", 16×20", 18×24", 24×36", 30×40", and 36×48". If you’re unsure which size suits your space, a good rule of thumb is to choose a canvas that fills roughly two-thirds of the wall width above your furniture.

Are these original paintings or prints?

Our artworks are premium fine-art canvas prints — high-resolution reproductions of original digital paintings, printed with archival inks on museum-grade canvas. Each one is produced to order.

Ordering

How long does production take?

Each canvas is printed and fulfilled to order. Production typically takes 2–4 business days before dispatch.

Can I order a custom size?

We currently offer six standard sizes per artwork. Custom sizes are not available at this time, but we’re working on expanding our range.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Not currently, but this is something we’re exploring. Our packaging is premium and presentation-ready.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship across the UK and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

How is my order packaged?

Canvases are carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit, with protective corner guards and secure outer packaging.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We want you to love your artwork. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

Can I return a print I’ve changed my mind about?

As each canvas is printed to order, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please review size guides and artwork details carefully before ordering.
