Production & Dispatch

Every canvas print is produced to order. Please allow 2–4 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

Shipping

United Kingdom

Standard delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch. Tracked shipping is included on all orders.

Europe

Standard delivery: 5–8 business days after dispatch. Tracked shipping included.

Rest of World

Standard delivery: 7–14 business days after dispatch. Tracked shipping included.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Packaging

All canvases are carefully packaged with protective corner guards and secure outer packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographs.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery.

Returns Policy

As each canvas is printed to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please review size guides and artwork details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the damage

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days and we will resolve this immediately.
